لقد تعودنا ان نقول

ولكن هنا اخترنا cause for لان  التعبير :-

وهو تعبير يعنى :- سببا يدعو الى الشكوى او مبررا للشكوى

لاحظ :-  

     Cause of …………      سببا تسبب فى                       

مثل :- The breakneck speed was The main cause of The accident     
اى ان السرعة القاتلة كانت هى السبب الذى ادى الى الحادثة
ولكن :- سبب (دافع ) لــــ............. أو مبرر لـــــ   ………. reason for
كما فى الجملة السابقة :- الانتقام كان هو الدافع الرئيسى او المبرر الرئيسى للحريق

3-a) to have it repaired

نستخدم هذه الصيغة

عندما نقوم بعمل شئ ولكن ليس بأنفسنا ، ففى الجملة السابقة كان الفاعل You ولكن ليس بنفسه اما The mechanic   فموقعها فى هذه الجملة ليس فاعلا فكان من الممكن ان تاتى الجملة هكذا

You should send the mechanic your car to have it repaired

ولكن تامل هذه الجملة :-

The mechanic took my car to repair it

نجد ان The mechanic هنا جائت فاعلا قام بالفعل بنفسه

4-c) produce

 Produce = محصول او منتجات زراعية

واخترناها لان الجملة هنا تتحدث عن بلد خصبة    fertile country     
وليس عن بلد صناعية industrial country   والا كنا اخترنا products

5-c) could have done

فيصبح معنى الجملة :- لم افعل ما هو جيد ، وكان يمكننى ان افعل افضل كثيرا لكننى اخطات فى قراءة تعليمات الاجابة
فالجملة هنا لا تتحدث عن الاحتمالات او الاستنتاج

Could have +   p.p =

كان من المحتمل ان او كان يمكننى ان افعل ولكنى لم افعل  

6- d) colleagues

لان science department  تعنى قسم العلوم فى مدرسة ما
 فيصبح معنى الجملة :- زملائنا فى قسم العلوم لم يتفقوا على هذا الامر

7-b) chasing

اولا :-  want  من افعال الشعور التى لا تاتى فى الازمنة المستمرة
ثانيا :- chase  تاتى بمعنى يطارد او يسعى بشدة الى
فيصبح معنى الجملة :-
انه شئ محزن ان الكثير من الناس يطاردون او يسعون وراء عدد قليل جدا من الوظائف

8- b) The best selling

الكتاب الاكثر مبيعا

The best –seller (n)

مثال :- Kasr El shook is Nguib Mahfooz ,s best seller  

Best – selling (adj) = الاكثر مبيعا لاى شئ بما فيه الكتب

مثال :-

1= Nokia is the best –selling mobile phone
2= Kalila and Demna is the best – selling novel in the east

9- c) human nature

كلمة   human nature  من الكلمات التى لا تعد و بالتالى لا تاخذ اداة ولا تجمع ولذلك فالاختيارات  a , b , d اختيارات خاطئة

10- a) would be

ولقد اخترنا هنا  Would be  لوجود again
فعندما نجد again   اى مرة اخرى نعلم اننا نتحدث عن امنية فى المستقبل

كلمة لا تعد  hair لان

2- Would → Will

) تعبير لا يمكن تغيره  If you ask me )وهذا هو الحل الوحيد لان
ومعناه : من وجهة نظرى او ان كنت تريد ان تعرف رايى

3- difficulty   → difficulties    او    A lot of → great

وذلك لان difficulty   تاتى ككلمة تعد وككلمة لا تعد ولكنها لا يمكن ان تاتى ككلمة لا تعد بعد a lot of

4- The name   → names

وذلك لان الجمع لا ياخذ  The   الا عند التخصيص
Alex. , Assiut and Aswan are names of some Egyptian cities
ولكن :-
Egypt and The A.R.E are The English names of our beloved country
اى ان التخصيص عندما يكون عدة اسماء تخص شئ واحد وليس عدة اسماء لعدة اشياء

5- Bought → buy

لان and حرف عطف فيما يليه ياخذ نفس تصريف ما يسبقه وما يسبقه فى الجملة جاء فى المصدر لانه جاء بعد الفعل الناقص would

6- Him → he او Will → to

to + inf (الفاعل هونفسه المفعول  )
I expect (myself) to come early

7- Have to → could

وهنا could هى الماضى البسيط من can   بمعنى يستطيع  اى :- اتمنى لو استطيع ان اتوقف وهو عكس الواقع وليس تمنى فى المستقبل  كما يبدو ، كما لا يمكن استبدال   I wish  باى شئ
لانها عبارة عن كلمتين وليس كلمة واحدة مثل   have to التى تعامل ككلمة واحدة ولذلك بعتبر تغيير واحد فى الجملة كما هو مطلوب

8-That →يتم حذفها
If only → I wish

وذلك لان    If only      يليها الفاعل مباشرة وليس That

9- The center → the flat

وذلك لان :-
1-  لا يمكن لـ  which  ان تعود على our office  لانها  لم تليها مباشرة و القاعدة تقول ان ضمير الوصل يعود على الاسم الذى يسبقه مباشرة
2- لا يمكن لــ which  ان تعود على جملة كاملة هنا  لان الجملة ستصبح  بلا معنى
3- لا يمكن استبدال ضمير الوصل  which  هنا باى ضمير وصل اخر لان الجملة ستصبح ايضا بلا معنى
اما عند عمل التغيير السابق سيصبح معنى الجملة :-
ان مكتبنا يبعد حوالى 2 كيلو متر عند الشقة التى نتشاركها انا واثنين من زملائى

10- To → for

لانbuy  من الافعال التى يليها حرف الجرfor عند بناء الجملة للمجهول
